The Armenian National Congress, the opposition bloc led by
ANC spokesperson Arman Musinian dismissed the October 1 public hearings as a performance to garner positive public opinion for the Armenian government. “The goal is not to modify the protocols, but rather to secure their ratification,” Musinian was quoted by the Rosbalt news agency as saying. “The hearings of this ? lapdog parliament will be a mere formality.”
