According to the information that is received from high level sources, negotiations between Baku and Yerevan is progressing as the negotiations between Ankara and Yerevan. A delegation from Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) will go to the occupied regions of Azerbaijan. On the other hand, Presidents of two countries, Ilham Aliyev and Serzh Sarksyan will meet on October 8—9 in the capital of Moldova, Kishinev. Presidents will discuss the Lachin report of technical committee.

Although Yerevan administration wants to sign protocols immediately, Ankara left signing protocols after October 9 for not letting Armenia to be an advantageous position against Azerbaijan. Armenia currently accepts to withdraw military forces from 5 regions immediately if the parties can reach agreement. The points that parties cannot agree on is the width of Lachin corridor that will connect Armenia to Nagorno-Karabakh and the date that Armenia withdraw from Kelbecer.
