The return game between Turkish and Armenian national teams will be played in Bursa on October 14. On the other hand, it is not certain if Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan will come to Turkey to watch the game or not. Making a historical visit to Armenia in September last year, President Abdullah Gul left a message for Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan.
Before he leaves for Nakhichevan autonomous Republic, President Gul replied the questions of journalists. When he is asked if Armenian President accepted his invitation to watch the game together, Gul said, “I went to the match in Armenia without preconditions. Afterall, sports require gentilesse. Sports encourage gentlemanliness, and i visited Armenia within the frames of this approach. I hope Armenian President Sarksyan approaches the issue in the same manner and comes. Of cource i sent an invitation letter. If they come, we will entertain them.”
