Turkish-American Legal Defence Fund (TALDF) earned success for the benefit of Turkish-Americans in a legal action in electoral commission of Ohio.

Achieving a phenomenal success, TALDF won the legal action against famous American advocate Mark Geragos and Armenian politician David Krikorian.

Lawyers of TALDF Bruce Fein and David Saltzman cut the ground from under David Krikorian’s feet and proved that his allegations about Representative Jean Schmidt from Ohio are groundless. Electoral Commission decided that; by accusing Representative Schmidt of taking money from Turkey to defend Turkish thesis in United States, David Krikorian was evil-minded and liar.

Krikorian accused Schmidt of taking money from Turkish non-governmental organization PAC to defend Turkish thesis in United States. Electoral Commission of Ohio decided that the allegations of Krikorian are baseless and lie.

The decision of Electoral Committee of Ohio will make representatives to reconsider the allegations of Armenians on the events of 1915. Majority of the U. S. Congress previously decided to not to support a resolution that will recognize so called Armenian genocide.

The decision of the committee once againshowed the importance of being respectful to law. With the decision, committee dealed a major blow to deceiving and cheating method of Armenian lobby in United States.
