U. S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton promised the United States would do everything it could to build on the “milestone” that Turkey and Armenia achieved on Saturday by signing protocols establishing diplomatic relations, Reuters reported.
Clinton, who declared herself “very pleased” that the prtocols were signed, said both countries had concerns that had delayed the signing ceremony in Zurich which she attended.
“There were concerns on both sides,” she told reporters on board her plane in its way to London.
