Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan said that the statements of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev are not reflecting the truth. He said that they never discussed returning occupied lands of Azerbaijan. Sarksyan claimed that they only discussed the status of Nagorno-Karabakh and the issue of Lachin corridor that will connect Nagorno-Karabakh to Armenia.
According to the report of Armenia News Agency, Sarksyan held a press conference yesterday and replied the statements of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. Armenian President claimed that the recent statements of Turkish officials are towards Azerbaijani public opinion. Stating that they will make necessary steps in case Turkey does not ratify the protocols, Armenian President said, “Turkey has the ball now.
