“If OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries had spent their energy on liberstion of Azerbaijan’s occupied territories rather than on reopening of Turkey-Armenia borders, the situation would have been different.”

“Their major task is to end this occupation. If you want peace in the Caucasus, put an end to the Armenian invasion,” leader of Republican People's Party (CHP) Deniz Baykal said at the meeting of the parliamentary faction of his party.

He said the ruling AK party should not lay the responsibility concerning the protocols on the parliament.

“The government says the protocols will not be effective, if the parliament does not ratify them. You have majority of the seats in the parliament, don’t you?,” he said.
