Azerbaijan National Democratic Party has organized a protest action in front of Turkish embassy in Azerbaijan on Wednesday in a protest against the protocols signed between Turkey and Armenia for the opening of borders, APA reported.

ANDP members raised the Turkish and Azerbaijani flags and chanted “AKP, Armenian, the enemy of Turk,” “Bozkurtlar are immortal, Motherland is indivisible,” Down with Armenia,““Forever Turkic Union.” A resolution was read out at the end of 10-minute protest action, which condemned the Turkish government's stand for the opening of borders.

The party called on the Turkish parliament not to ratify the protocols.

After the resolution read out, police broke up the picket. Six activists, including ANDP chairman Tufan Karim, were detained and taken to police office.
