PROTOCOLS PROTESTED IN ARMENIA

A group of people gathered in Charles Aznavour square in Yerevan and protested Turkey-Armenia protocols that is signed by Foreign Ministers of two countries on October 10 in Zurich, Switzerland.

AFP reported that 2 thousand Armenian protester gathered in Charles Aznavour square and shouted slogans against Armenian government’s Turkey policies. It is reported that protest demonstration was held by ultranationalist Dashnaktsutyun Party.

ARMENIAN PRESS FURIOUS ON SARKSYAN

Making comments on the soccer game between Turkish and Armenian national teams, Armenian press criticized the attitude of Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan during the game.

Armenian newspapers criticized the attitude of Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan against President Gulduring thesoccer game betweenTurkish and Armeniannational teams in Bursa.Armenian newspapers wrote that Armenian President Sarksyan shaked the hands of Turkish President Abdullah Gul with joy after every goal Turkish team scored. “Maybe he was confused about the teams. Who knows, maybehe intended to endear himself to President Gul. We do not know what was the reason but that was disgusting.”

Lragir.am website wrote, “Everybody would think Sarksyan was supporting Turkish team if he did not shake the handswith Turkish President.”
