
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev flied to Switzerland to learn about the details of the protocols that are signed by Turkish and Armenian Foreign Ministers in Zurich on October 10.
Accoring to the report of Russian Regnum News Agency, Aliyev arrived Zurich yesterday and he started official talks with Swiss officials in Bern, Switzerland. It is reported that Aliyev will discuss with Swiss officials, the role of Switzerland in Caucasus and economical relations between Azerbaijan and Switzerland.
Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Switzerland Elcin Amirbekov did not hide the will of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to gather information about the details of Turkey-Armenia protocols and said, “The most important topic of the visit of Azerbaijani President will be definitely the protocols that are signed between Turkey and Armenia. Our President wants to be informed about how the protocols will affect the process of resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.”
