Leader of Turkey’s National Movement Party (MHP) Devlet Bahcheli says the Turkey-Armenia protocols have disappointed Azerbaijan, CNN Turk reported.
With signing of these protocols Turkey deceived Azerbaijan, the opposition leader added.
“Unfortunately, the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) drove the relations with Azerbaijan into an abyss in an effort to establish relations with Armenia,” Bahcheli said.
“Turkey is not only the AKP. The AKP is in power today, but can be out of power tomorrow,” the opposition leader added.
AKP’s mistakes should not harm Turkey-Azerbaijan relations, Bahcheli said.
