
Holding his first visit to Yerevan, U. S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Kaidanow and Armenian President Serzh Sarksyandiscussed the process of normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia.
It is reported that parties come to an agreement that Turkey and Armenia should establish relations without preconditions in a reasonable time.
Assigned to the chair recently, U. S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Tina Kaidanow held her first visit to Yerevan. U.S. official discussed the process of rapprochement between Turkey and Armenia with Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan.
U.S. official had alsovisit Ankara and Athens after she was assigned to the chair.

According to the report of Public Radio of Armenia, Sarksyan stated that Armenia attaches great importance to the relations with United States. “We appreciate the support that United States gave to Armenia sinceArmenia gained its independence,” he said.
It is reported that parties stressed that Turkey-Armenia relations should be established without preconditions and within a reasonable time.
