Speaking to TRT-Avaz, Russia’s ambassador to Ankara, Vladimir Ivanovskiy left messages of friendship and cooperation. Commenting on the protocols that are signed by Turkish and Armenian Foreign Ministers in Zurich, Ivanovskiy said, “Third countries will not affect the protocols in a negative way. Normalization of Turkey-Armenia relations will contribute the process of resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.” Ivanovskiy said that Turkey-Armenia protocols will revive economical relations between two neighbouring countries.

Vladimir Ivanovskiy commented on the protocols that are signed between Turkey and Armenia to establish diplomatic relations. Ivanovskiy said, “Third countries will not affect the protocols in a negative way. Normalization of Turkey-Armenia relations will contribute the process of resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Agreement will have positive effects on socio-economic situation of the people of two countries. Russian Federation is ready to contribute energy, electricity, transportation and communicationprojects between Turkey and Armenia. Normalization of Turkey-Armenia relations is one of the signs of the strong cooperation between Moscow and Ankara towards resolving the problems in the region. Cooperation between two countries becomes more constructive. Turkish and Russian officials stated for several times that international and regional policies of two countries are very similar.”
