The flags removed from the monument to the Turkish military men in Baku will be re-installed in the same location, Azerbaijani Consul General in Instanbul Sayyad Aran said at a news conference in Izmir.

Consul said that the Turkish and Azerbaijani flags were removed due to repairs at the site.

Flags (6 Azerbaijani and 6 Turkish) were removed due to the repairs, they will be installed back in the same place,“the consul said.

Aran also noted that nothing will harm the brotherly ties between Azerbaijan and Turkey, and small problems will be addressed with efforts of both sides.
