Azerbaijani Azadlıq newspaper apologized to Turkish people because of the tension between two countries and claimed that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev secretly bargains with Armenians.
Azerbaijani newspaper wrote;
“A regime that holds secret talks with Armenians reacted when Turkey wanted to establish dialogue with Armenians. Most of Azerbaijani people, who went to Turkey-Armenia game in Bursa, were sent for making provocations. One of these groups were the staffers of a political party in Azerbaijan that strugglestowards the interests of Russia. They went to Turkey and they did what they were ordered to do.
1130 TURKISH SOLDIER DIED FOR US
1130 sons of Turkey died for saving Azerbaijan from the hands of English, Russian and Armenians. And Turkish flag that waves on their graves was lowered. They paid their dues to Turkey in such a way.
THEY TREATED TURKEY AS A “FOREIGN COUNTRY”
Presidency official Ali Hasanov stressed that Turkey was a “foreign country,” and flags of Turkey were removed from martyrdom as they were flags of a “foreign country.” It seems that this regime considers Turkey as a “foreign country.” Last year, when Turkish serials were banned in Azerbaijani TV channels, Ali Hasanov had defined Turkish language as a foreign language.“
