Armenia should ratify the protocols ahead of Turkey, Armenian think-tank director Stepan Grigoryan has said.

“By protracting the ratification process, Yerevan may provoke the inclusion of the Karabakh issue in the talks with Ankara,” Grigoryan said.

The failure of Armenian-Turkish dialogue would bring Armenia greater pressure from the superpowers, said Grigoryan, who is head of the Analytical Centre on Globalization and Regional Cooperation.
