"ILEGITIMATE PRESIDENT SARGSYAN HAS NO RIGHT TO DISCUSS ANYTHING"

Being an illegitimate president, Serzh Sargsyan has no right to discuss issues of Nagorno Karabakh, said Alexander Arzumanyan, former foreign minister of Armenia and representative of the Armenian National Congress, commenting on the issue whether Serzh Sargsyan has a right to hold negotiations with Baku about the surrender of lands.

“I consider your issue to be too narrow and I suggest to expand it a little bit like this: does Sargsyan has a right to raise any issues at all? I think Sargsyan as an illegitimate president has no such a right and he cannot raise any issues — on either your pension or, especially, Karabakh,” Arzumanyan said.
