
Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu met with Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers in Athens before the Nagorno-Karabakh summit that will be held within the frames of OSCE 17th Ministerial Council.
Davutoglu met with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian before the meeting of two Foreign Ministers towards resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh problem.
In a meeting that lasted about half an hour, Davutoglu and his Armenian counterpart discussed the relations between Turkey and Armenia, process of ratification of Turkey-Armenia protocols, Nagorno-Karabakh problem and the details of the meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents in Munich.
Following his meeting with Nalbandian, Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu met with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov. It is reported that two ministers discussed the issue of resettlement of Nagorno-Karabakh problem and the relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan.
Besides Nalbandian and Mammadyarov meetings, Davutoglu is expected to meet Foreign Ministers of Switzerland, Kazakhstan, Slovakia, Lithuania, Austria and U.S. Deputy Foreign Minister James Stainberg.
