Armenian Foreign Minister stated that unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh should be a party in the negotiations with Azerbaijan.

Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said that seperatist Nagorno-Karabakh regime should participate in the process of preparation of peace agreement towards resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh problem.

Edward Nalbandian said that talks on preparation of peace agreement will be initiated after agreement on Madrid principles.

“Nagorno-Karabakh will certainly participate this process,” said Armenian Foreign Minister.

Stressing that Nagorno-Karabakh problem is not connected with the relations between Turkey and Armenia, Nalbandian said that establishing such connection damages both processes.
