“We are going through the worst time in the history of Armenia as Edward Nalbandyan is one of the worst foreign ministers,” Director of Armenian Center of National and International Studies Richard Giragosyan said at the briefing in Yerevan.
“If to judge about the foreign policy of Armenia in fact, not in word, one can see many opportunities have been missed,” he said.
“Distrust in the officials is a topical problem in the society,” Giragosyan said.
Giragosyan said Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers’ meetings they are of imitation nature.
Nevertheless, he said, the dialogue with Azerbaijan is important, and first of all for Armenia, which shows the world that we are serious and reasonable people.
