ARCHIVES OF ARMENIAN CHURCH IN KAYSERI ON THE AGENDA OF PARLIAMENT

A parliamentarian from Republican People’s Party issued a parliamentary question asking if government has a project on the alleged archives of Armenian Surp Krikor Lusarovich Church which was restored and opened to worship a few weeks ago.

Parliamentarian from Kayseri, Sevki Kulkuloglu issued a parliamentary question asking if Justice and Development Party government has a project on the alleged archives of Armenian Surp Krikor Lusarovic Church which was restored and opened for worship a few weeks ago.

Republican People’s Party Parliamentarian from Kayseri, Sevki Kulkuloglu called Minister of Culture Ertugrul Gunay to reply if the oldest Armenian Church in Anatolia, Surp Krikor Lusarovich Church has an archive which may contribute to the knowledge of history.

Parliamentarian Sevki Kulkuloglu asked, “Does Ministry of Culture support restoration of the Church? If there is not such support, are there any projects towards this issue?
