Gas Station owner Turkish and Armenian citizens in United States sued giant petroleum company Exxon Mobil.

Gas Station owner Turks and Armenians in United States claimed that Exxon Mobil Corporation manipulates gas prices. The lawsuit was brought to Federal Court by owners of 100 gasoline station in New Jersey. There are 13 Turkish businessmen among the complainants, standing side by side with Armenian businessmen. Each Turkish businessmen has at least two gas stations, and Turkish businessmen consist 20 percent of the complainants.

Stating that they decided to unite under the name “United Dealers New Jersey” (UNDJ), owner of two gas stations Levent Sertbash stated that they sued Exxon Mobil Corporation to end theunjust in commerce.
