A lecturer at Adiyaman University, Assistant Professor Nevzat Artunc has published a book on 1909 and 1915 Armenian incidents, titled as “Cemal Pasha.”

The book that discusses the developments in the Middle East and Balkans in recent years bears a torch on the history. Author of the book, Assistant Professor Nevzat Artunc stated that Armenian issue cannot be solved without understanding Cemal Pasha.

Stressing that the book was written for understanding 1915 incidents clearly, Artunc said, " Developments in the Middle East, Balkans and in our country in recent years drow attention on the period of Constitutional Monarchy. On this reason, there is a sharp increase in the publications over this issue. But, there is not enough sources that refer to historical documents. On the other hand, there are plenty of books which were just written as a part of defamation campaign against Turkey."

The book ’Cemal Pasha’ is published by Turkish Historical Society in Ankara and received several congrulatory messages. < Prev   Next >
