It is reported that Turkey and Azerbaijan will lift visa regime on December 24 — 25 during the visit of Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Memmedyarov to Turkey.

Turkey’s Ambassador to Baku Hulusi Kilic stated that Turkey and Azerbaijan are going to lift visa regime. “There is no doubt in that,” said he. Stating that the schedule of Azerbaijani Foreign Minister in Turkey is already arranged, Kilic said that Memmedyarov and Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu will discuss Nagorno-Karabakh problem and lifting visa regimes between two countries.

Stressing that Turkish Grand National Assembly will not ratify protocols unless Armenia ends the occupation in the lands of Azerbaijan, Kilic said that resolution of the dispute between Azerbaijan and Armenia is important for whole Caucasus. < Prev   Next >
