Issuing a lawsuit against Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan in Eurepan Court of Human Rights, Igdir based Organization for Fighting Against Baseless Armenian Allegations (ASIMDER) sent the first batch of documents that ECHR asked from the organization related to the case. Chairman of the organization Goksel Gulbey andmembers of board of directors Serdal Unsal and Balabey Iskender sent the documents and CD-s to the court. Stating that they will send the rest of the documents soon, Gulbey informed journalists on their action. Stating that they have sent the documents that ECHR asked from themselves following their application to the court for trial of Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan on his role in the Khojaly genocide. Gulbey said, “In the CD, there are video records of the interviewswith thesurvivers of the Khojaly massacre. Human Rights Watch Organization defined Khojaly genocide as the most comprehensive civil massacre that happened since the occupation of Nagorno-Karabakh.”

“And we sent interview of Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan with English expert Thomas De Waal to the court, in which he said, ‘Before Khojaly, Azerbaijanis were considering that we are kidding. They thought that Armenians will not point their guns to the civilians. But we did and that is what happened....’ We will ask English analyst for his book and record of the interview. When he sends us those documents, we will add them to the file of complaint. We are not going to give up. Because Sarksyan is a murderer. He should pay for the things he did in Khojaly,” said he.
