President of the Christian-Democratic Union Party Khosrov Harutyunyan considers that April 23 is the deadline for ratification of the Armenian-Turkish protocols.
He believes, however, that it will take place earlier because of the simple reason that the normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations is not Armenia’s problem only .
“The process directly corresponds to Turkey’s strategic interests. Turkey does not conceal its aspiration to become the most influential country in the region. However, the international community will not accept Turkey’s aspirations unless it solves its problems with neighbors,” Khosrov Harutyunyan said.
