Azerbaijan and Turkey failed to sign the protocol to cancel visa regime.

APA reports that it was said at the briefing on the outcomes of the meeting of foreign ministers Elmar Mammadyarov and Ahmet Davutoglu in Ankara. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said it was planned to sign the protocol, but it was impossible because of some bureaucratic problems.

“Turkey has prepared everything. But Azerbaijan should pass some procedures. The protocol on canceling the visa regime will be signed after these procedures finish,” he said.
