A new TV channel highlighting Turkish problems in the world and US in particular was recently opened in Washington DC.

According to APA’s US correspondent, Turkish-American TV (TATV) will broadcast via cable around US.

The creators of the channel will mainly discuss Turkish successes and problems, including conflict issues like “Armenian genocide”, Cyprus, Nagorno-Karabakh, etc.

Channel will be conducting shows on historical, social, cultural matters. TATV will broadcast in Turkish and English.

Most of the employees of the channel are working voluntarily. They say that they have two potential auditory —Turks and Americans. Turks want their voice to be heard, Americans want to know more about the Turkish culture.

The channel is trying to enlarge their range of covered matters.
