Commenting on the relations between Turkey and Armenia, Armenian Congress Party representative David Shahnazaryan said, “These problems have turned into a package and they keep the form they are in. Government seems to start understanding this or they knew it from the begining and they were reflecting it differently. It is not possible for any gain in this process. There are only loses and compensations. I guess, OSCE Minsk Group process will be accelerated soon. When we consider the visit of OSCE MG co-chairs to Baku, bypassing Yerevan, it seems that the only problem is with Baku. It seems Yerevan has agreed with the deal.”

Shahnazaryan said, “You may condemn Turkey on many issues. ButTurkish officialswere sincere to state that there will not be serious progress in the relations between Turkey and Armenia unless Nagorno-Karabakh problem is solved. On the other hand, United States will not gain another enermycountry other than Iran, by recognizing genocide.”

“Turkey-Armenia process is over for everyone other than Armenian administration. They are also aware of that but they are trying to find a way out of this situation. Turkey and Armenia will establish relations. But that will not happen by these protocols and under the administration of this government.”
