Deniz Ilhan, sixteen years old Turkish student in United States who was assigned with a homework on 1915 incidents in accordance with Armenian allegations. Takvim newspaper published the homework that Deniz has prepared by refering to objective sources, standing against the unjust assignment given in La Guardia High School in Manhattan, New York.

His teachers assigned him a homework in “History of the World” class, about 1915 incidents in accordance with Armenian thesis. Deniz prepared the homework, but as any other conscious Turkishyouth would do, he stood against the unjust enforcement of school and prepared homework refering to objective sources about the issue, including statements of Armenia’s first Prime Minister. Deniz also mentioned the opinions of distinguished historians like Prof. Dr. Norman Stone, Prof. Dr. Stanford Shaw, Prof. Dr. Justin McCarthy and alsoadvisor to former U.S. President Ronal Reagan, Bruce Fein.

The homework that surprises the school management, drove Armenian lobby in New York into hopelessness. Because the historians that are mentioned above are the authors of many books that are used as textbooks in the public schools. Here are the replies in the homework of Deniz; Prof. Stanford Shaw (American historian)

I studied a lot on Ottoman history and so called Armenian genocide. The truth is these allegations are baseless. Because i told the truth, Armenians burned down my house in 1977. I am not going to accept any baseless allegation, neither the history does.

Prof. Justin McCarthy (American historian)

Most of Armenian history iswritten afterwards. French and English diplomats that were in the region in 1915 did not announce that Ottomans were not guilty although they knew the truth. The truth emerged in their diaries. The ones who does not tell the truth although they saw it,are the enemies of truth. Nobody can mention of a genocide in 1915.

Kachaznuni (Armenia’s First Prime Minister)

Forming armed troops before World War One was a mistake. The power of Ottomans was not calculated. The decision of displacement was appropriate. Turkey moved with the instinct of self defence.

Advisor to former U.S. President Ronald Reagan, Bruce Fein:

Allegations of genocide are totally unrealistic. A study was hold in the period of Reagan and it was proved that allegations are baseless. What Armenians did was betrayal and consequently Ottoman administration wanted to displace Armenians in the regions that are sensitive in military means. It is funny to call this a genocide. If it was a genocide, would Ottomans sentence Ottoman officers to die, because some of them behaved Armenians violently?

Prof. Dr. Norman Stone (American historian):

Ottomans did not commit a genocide in 1915. Armenians prepared some documents, but it is very clear that these documents are fabrication. There are simple mistakes in the dates and signatures. These show that allegations of genocide are lies.
