US State Department officially responded the note of protest of Azerbaijan against the US Congress decision about the financial assistance to Nagorno Karabakh separatists.
The embassy of Azerbaijan in the United States received the response on January 26, Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elkhan Polukhov told APA. The State Department said that US administration didn’t recognize any body named Nagorno Karabakh and US was loyal to its principle to inform Azerbaijan clearly and transparently about all programs carried in Nagorno Karabakh.
