E-mail Print PDF
The Armenian Constitutional Court has taken the decision, however, the protocols have not yet been sent to parliament, Turkish ambassador.

“If there is a progress in the Karabakh conflict settlement, the ratification of the protocols with Armenia may become possible,” Turkish ambassador in Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic has said.

“Yet the decision adopted by the Constitutional Court of Armenia influenced the spirit of these documents. This was mentioned by the prime minister and the foreign minister of Turkey,” the ambassador noted.

He said Turkey expects Armenia to remove this shortage: “The Armenian Constitutional Court has taken the decision, however, the protocols have not yet been sent to parliament. Meanwhile, Turkey submitted the documents to the parliament two months ago. We are leaving Armenia behind in this process.”
