Azerbaijanis of Turkey apply to ECHR for Karabakh

Azerbaijani people that have real estate in Nagorno-Karabakh region applied to European Court of Human Rights to take their belongings back.

200 Azerbaijani citizen in Turkey who had to flee from Nagorno-Karabakh after occupation of the region by Armenian armed forces, apply to European Court of Human Rights for their real estates in the occupied lands of Azerbaijan.

Owners of the real estates in Nagorno-Karabakh region, 200 Azerbaijani living in Turkey, gave procuration to Attorney Onur Gundogdu in Kars and carried the case to ECHR.

Speaking to AKnewsover the issue, attorney Onur Gundogdu said that he had applied to Azerbaijani government for the land registers but he could not yet get the necessary documents for the case.

Stressing that Armenian government sent him the necessary documents following his request, attorney Onur Gundogdu said that they will take back the lands of Azerbaijani people. < Prev   Next >
