Sarksyan protested in front of Chatham House

A group of Azerbaijani people held a protest demonstration in front of the Chatham House against Armenian occupation in Azerbaijani lands during the speech of Armenian President Serzh Sarksyan.

Shouting slogans like “freedom for Karabakh,” protesters carried Azerbaijani flags. Protesting Armenian occupationby slogans, Azerbaijani protest demonstrators reacted Armenian President’s visit to England. One of the attendantsto the protest, Azerbaijani student Eldar Rustamov stressed their loyalty to Turkey and said, “We are here for supporting justice and peace in the World. We are here to remind Khojaly genocide. Azerbaijani landsare under Armenian occupation now. We came here to show our reaction as Armenian President came here to make a speech. Sarksyan has a finger in the massacre in Khojaly. We have prepared banners related to that. We are hopeful that our protest demonstration will be beneficial.”

Sarksyan made a speech in Chatham House within the frames of his official visit to United Kingdom.
