A member of the Armenian National Congress, Karapet Rubinyan, has said that the Armenian-Turkish protocols are nothing but a shameful betrayal.
“All Armenians and opposition are against these protocols,” he told a press conference on Monday.
Rubinyan said that if Turkey does not ratify the protocols on rapprochement, Armenia will withdraw from the process, thereby worsening its relations with Turkey.
“It will be difficult to put Turkey in its place, as it has almost become the fourth co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group,” he concluded.
The USA, France and Russia are the official co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, which is mediating a settlement to the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh.
