“The brain of the Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian lacks the part responsible for feelings of shame and embarrassment,” Azerbaijani political expert Mubariz Ahmadoglu said.
"Nalbandian is a real liar. To this day, he said not a word of truth about what the Madrid principles imply. He talked about these principles only completely changing their sequence and turning everything upside down,” the expert added.
“I think he is totally irresponsible person who makes not serious and senseless statements,” the expert added.
"With regard to Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Armenia takes no action to resolve it. According to Nalbandyan, some items on the Madrid principles have not been agreed with Armenia. This indicates that the OSCE MG does not consider Armenia a party to the negotiations, not to mention the separatists of Nagorno Karabakh,”Ahmadoglu noted.
