Making a speech at Economy University in Astana, Azerbaijani Ambassador Latif Gandilov said that Armenians entered the region with the support of Russians and massacred 613 Azerbaijani people. “This massacre should never be dropped from the agenda of World,” said he.
Gandilov said, “Despite all the things that happened, we are toward peace and resolution of the problems through peaceful methods. Otherwise, as our President Ilham Aliyev stated, we will take back our land by force. Azerbaijan is capable of doing this with its powerful economy and army.”
