Azerbaijani parliament deputy has commented on the statements of the director of the Armenian Center of Strategic and National Studies.

“Neither Armenia nor any other country is able to spoil the relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey. They are so stable and strong that all these forces together will be unable to spoil the friendship between our peoples and countries,” said Azerbaijani MPAydin Mirzazade commenting on the statements of director of the Center of Strategic and National Studies Richard Giragosian that the Armenian-Turkish rapprochement affected the Ankara-Baku relations.

“Let Mr.Giragosian live his own dreams but the Baku-Ankara relations have not worsened. On the contrary, they have strengthened. As for Giragosian’s statement, there is an impression that it is made not by a political scientist but by a militant. If the strategy of the Armenian state are defined by such people as he is, I am sorry about this country. This scientist should first say why his country has made so many debts, why it has spoiled relations with its neighbors, why Armenians leave Armenia. It is not surprising why they leave because these people are aliens and this land is alien for them,” Mirzazade said.

According to the deputy, the actions of Armenians on recognition of “genocide” will not be successful and they will fail again.
