Armenian Press: Destination London!

E-mail Print PDF
Adoption of so called Armenian genocide found space in the first pages of several newspapers in Turkey and in the World.

Stressing that the process of international recognition of so called Armenian genocide should be continued without any break, Azg (Nation) newspaper wrote that England will be the next country to recognize so called Armenian genocide.

Reminding that British House of Commons will discuss a resolution towards recognition of so called Armenian genocide on April 30, Azg wrote, “If the resolution passes, it will be introduced to British House of Lords. On the other hand, number of parliamentarians that support the resolution is not enough yet.”

Azg claimed that the situation may change towards Armenians after general elections. Armenian newspaper called Armenian diaspora organizations in Britain to lobby for recognition of Armenian genocide allegations.
