Turkish Lawyer applied to court for recognition of so called Armenian genocide

Turkish lawyer Bendal Celil Ezman has submitted a lawsuit to Ankara 2nd peace court of criminal jurisdiction demanding recognition of so called Armenian genocide.
According to the report of Haberturk newspaper, lawyer Celil Ezman applied to the court for recognition of so called Armenian genocide, judgement of Talat Pasha and his friends and removal of Talat Pasha's name from the streets of Turkey and removal of the statues that were erected for the memory of district governor of Bogazliyan, Kemal Bey.
Ezman, who is one of the supporters of "I apologize to my Armenian brothers" campaign, had also sued Hasan Celal Guzel claiming that he insulted supporters of the Armenian apology campaign. This time, Ezman applied the court for recognition of so called Armenian genocide by Turkey, claiming that Sait Halim Pasha government held an ethnical cleansing against ethnic Armenians.
Stating that such claim is submitted for the first time in Turkey, the lawyer said that Turkey should take into account its history.
