Armenian press claimed that Parliament of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus will discuss a resolution that recognizes Armenian allegations today.
Refering to website of Cypriot Armenians, Gibrahayer, News.am reported that Ragip Levent, representative of a small left wing party in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus will introduce a resolution that recognizes so called Armenian genocide to the parliament. According to the report, Levent said that it is an ethical duty for Turkish people of Cyprus to recognize so called Armenian genocide who witnessed Armenians fleeing to Cyprus during 1915 incidents.
The report is not confirmed by Turkish Cypriot sources.
