’Armenians have been plundering the natural resources of Kalbajar for 17 years’, Bayram Safarov said.

“Azerbaijani community of Nagorno-Karabakh” Public Union and the residents of the Kalbajar region visited the Alley of Martyrs in connection with the 17th anniversary of the occupation of Kalbajar.

They laid carnations on the graves of martyrs and paid homage to them.

Chairman of the Public Union “Azerbaijani community of Nagorno Karabakh” Bayram Safarov told in his interview to journalists that it was impossible to forget the occupied lands of Azerbaijan and the company would regularly conduct similar activities for young people to grow up patriotism in the spirit:

’Kalbajar is not related with Nagorno-Karabakh. Along with Kalbajar, Armenians have occupied seven other regions of Azerbaijan. Everyday we try to return to our homeland, demand our rights in international organizations’.

Safarov said that the Armenians have been plundering the natural resources of Kalbajar for 17 years:

’There are deposits of gold, healing waters, which are much more valuable than gold itself, forests, red oak, the ancient monuments in Kalbajar. All of them are destroyed by the Armenians’.
