1) The process of the Armenian-Turkish reconciliation depends on the political will of both Ankara and Yerevan

2) the Armenian diaspora should not interfere in these processes for ratification of protocols

3) the Minsk process must be discussed jointly

In its message to Washington Ankara demands:

1) from Washington to make Yerevan adopt Madrid principles on the Karabakh conflict settlement

2) Washington must really demonstrate leadership both in the issue of normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations and in the Karabakh issue

3) Ankara will always support Azerbaijan

According to the newspaper, all these messages to official Ankara will be communicated to Washington by Turkish ambassador Namik Tam returning to the United States.
