Professor Turkkaya Ataov continues a serie of conferences in the United States over Armenian issue and Armenian genocide allegations.
The serie of conferences that is being organized by Turkish Coalition of America (TCA) and Assembly of Turkish American Associations (ATAA), will be finalized with a conference in Toronto, Canada on April 17 following the conferences in the different cities of United States.
In the conferences entitled "What really happened on April 24, 1915", Ataov discusses the real dimensions of 1915 incidents which affects the relations of Turkey with its allies and neighbours even today.
Turkkaya Ataov is Professor Emeritus in International Relations at Ankara University. He did his graduate work in the United States, where he received two M.A.s (NYU & Syracuse Univ.) and a Ph.D. (1959, Syracuse U., NY). Professor Ataov published 80 books on Armenian issue.
Ataov was invited to the international courts as witness of authority, where Armenian terrorists were being tried. He participated in the U.N. Geneva Meetings of the Human Rights Commission on the Genocide Convention, and partook several meetings of the European Parliament that dealt with the Armenian issue.
