'This is a very important visit.' Armenia has its own solution to the Armenian-Turkish relations, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan told journalists Friday speaking of his upcoming visit to Washington.
The Armenian president has received a proposal of Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan about holding a bilateral meeting within the framework of the visit to Washington, where they will take part in the summit on global energy security on April 12-13. Sargsyan's meeting with US President Barack Obama is also envisioned within the framework of the visit.
"This is a very important visit, important meetings will be held and the most important is that we almost have our own solution", Sargsyan said.
At the same time, the Armenian president noted that it is now wrong to speak about this settlement.
"We will present it to public some time later when we get fully confident about the correctness of our decision. In such cases the most important thing is to make a correct decision", Sargsyan said.
