If Turkey will ratify the protocols or not, depends on the pressure upon them, political expert Alexander Iskandaryan told the reporters today.
According to the expert, the US has a mission not only to save the protocols, but not to allow their abortion until April 24. He needs to gain their favor.
Iskandaryan said such trick has already been played – Sargsyan and Erdogan are invited to attend Washignton Summit, while Aliyev isn’t.
The expert said, though the US has few tools to make Turkey obey, Obama will try hard to make Turkey open the border even if some days in a week.
Iskandaryan noted that Turkey is aware US has few tools to make him obey.
