Former General Secretary of National Security Council (MGK) Tuncer Kilinc stated that Ottoman Empire showed a great tolerance to the communities it ruled and it never urged people to change their religion, language or culture. “Recognition of Armenian genocide allegations by foreign countries is due to centuries old hostility against Turks,” said he.
Making a speech at the panel "So Called Armenian Genocide" that is held at Antalya Culture Center by Talat Pasha Committee, Former General Secretary of MGK, Kilinc said that parliamentary decisions related to Armenian allegations on 1915 incidents is due to hostility of Europeans against Turks following the siege of Vienna.
