So called Armenian genocide will be brought on the agenda of Israeli Parliament (Knesset) on April 28. According to the report of Izrus.co.il, Chairman of the Meretz party Khaim Oron will submit a debate on Armenian allegations on April 28.
On the other hand, stating that he is not optimistic related to the issue, Khaim Oron said, "I am always in contact with Armenian organiztions but this year government will undermine the issue of genocide sooner than last time. There is an ongoing process between Ankara and Yerevan and many people recommend me to not to interfere. But i do not see any connection with the events that took place 95 years ago and current geopolitics of the region."
