The Delegation of the Turkish Kars, headed by chief of the city municipality Nevzad Bozkush, has started a three-day visit to Ganja, Azerbaijan.
The delegation also includes businessmen and media representatives.
’Kars and Ganja were announced the twin cities in 1998. I feel home in the twin city. I want to thank for the extended hospitality’, said N. Bozkush.
After meeting with chief executive of Ganja Eldar Azizov, N. Bozkush recalled the previous statements of the Turkish prime minister and foreign minister while speaking to reporters regarding the normalization of the Turkish-Armenian relations.
’Turkey policy on Armenia is accurate. We have always said this. Nothing can be done unless provisions in this issue are met’, the chief of the municipality said
