According to the reports of Turkish press and NGO's in Ukrain, Armenian diaspora in the country presses for erection of a so called Armenian genocide monument in Kiev.
Following the tension between Turkey and Ukrain over recognition of Armenian allegations by municipalities in Ukrain, Armenian lobby in Ukrain now presses for erection of a "genocide" monument in the capital of the country.
It is reported that, Armenian diaspora applied for erection of a so called Armenian genocide monument in the Goloseevskiy district of Kiev. Municipality officials has approved the application, say the reports.
Armenian diaspora organizations are also preparing a rally on April 24 at Odesa Square, where they want to erect a "genocide" monument, for 95th anniversary of so called Armenian genocide.
